Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a broad term used to describe a company’s efforts to improve society in some way and has many advantages that can apply to any business, regardless of its size or sector. Not only does CSR improve the public image of the company, increases media coverage and attracts and retains investors…. CSR also boosts employee engagement.
In fact, nearly 60% of employees who are proud of their company’s social responsibility are engaged at their jobs. When companies show that they are dedicated to improving their communities through corporate giving programs, they are more likely to attract and retain valuable, hardworking, and engaged employees.
Build a Bike for a Child is a practical & educational workshop, where your delegates will learn how to build a bike, learn a thing or two about themselves, but more importantly, in doing this, you will be able to give something back to the community or charity of your choice.
During this event we teach your delegates everything they will need to know about putting a bike together, with a fun and enthusiastic approach. Our mechanics and staff will provide you with all the tools, work benches, help and advice required to build a bicycle and make a child happy!
